I know what it feels like to wish you knew why you responded like you do. Or to not be able to connect with others. Or to struggle to resolve conflict at home and work.

If you’re like me, you’ve always wanted to know why you act and respond that way. You’ve likely wanted to have a deeper understanding of yourself and those that mean the most to you so you could have a deeper connection and better process for resolving conflict. I know you want to become more awoken to who God made you to be, and it’s wrong that you don’t have a clear process to find the real you.

I get it.

I’ve been on the journey to uncovering the lens God intended for my life. For the past several years, I’ve helped dozens of teams, organizations and individuals just like you overcome being overwhelmed, confused, and lost so they could experience clarity and connection.

I began studying the Enneagram years ago as a passion to find out more about myself and my family. That passion turned into an obsession that I now share with teams who are committed to conflict resolution, groups that want to connect in a deeper way, and individuals striving to understand themselves and those they love. I am committed to helping you find that clarity so you can stop feeling overwhelmed.

I’m Courtney.

I believe that when we know better, we can do better. We grow best when we are encouraged, given tools, and enjoy the process. I am deeply grateful for those who came alongside me, called out the best in me, and ultimately changed my life. As a coach, I am honored to do this deeply impactful and transformational work. I first encountered the Enneagram several years ago and have been profoundly changed because it gives a path towards growth and health.

I have worked in ministry leadership for over twenty years in various roles. I am thankful to have worked at great churches and to have had the opportunity to learn so much while I was leading. I am a marketing major and love helping businesses, leaders, teams, couples, and individuals function at their highest capacity. I am naturally curious, so I love learning and helping create solutions for my clients.

I am a mother to four children, two boys and two girls. Our family has no shortage of words, activities, and feelings. I have married my high-school sweetheart, Derek, for nearly twenty years.

Imago Dei Coaching was established from a profound desire to assist individuals in living with freedom and authenticity in alignment with their divine design. Utilizing the enneagram as a tool, we will examine the obstacles that hinder your healing, growth, and overall flourishing in various aspects of your life. My coaching approach emphasizes nurturing emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being, empowering my clients to thrive in every aspect of their lives.

With over 43 years of marriage, raising 5 children, and now known as “Lolli” to 9 wonderful grandchildren( and counting), I bring a wealth of life experience to my Enneagram coaching. As a certified Enneagram coach and having received my Level 1 Narrative Focused Trauma Care certification from the Allender Center, I am equipped to support individuals, couples, and teams in their pursuit of personal growth, healing, and self-awareness.
