Enneagram Outlook Groups

Outlook-based Groups (also called harmonic groups) break down how each Enneagram type deals with conflict and disappointment. The three outlook groups are competency, reactive, and positive. According to authors Don Riso and Russ Hudson, the harmonic groups tell us how we respond when we do not get what we want. “They reveal the fundamental way that our personality defends against loss and disappointment.” These groups provide an enlightening and helpful perspective.
